Payment and travel information:
Payment: We accept personal checks, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.
Deposit: A 10-percent deposit is required with the balance due 30 days prior
to departure. Our reservation specialists will send you a contract with
information about your trip and charges. We ask that you sign the contract
and return it to us with your deposit.
Cancellation: For a full refund, 30 days prior to departure.
Luggage: No luggage limit.
Animals: For the comfort and safety of our passengers, animals are prohibited
on our coaches, with the exception of guide dogs. We will arrange transportation for caged pets in our luggage bay.
Special needs: We want to make sure our passengers’ needs
are met at all times. Please let us know, in advance, if a member of your
group has special needs. We have one handicapped-accessible coach that
will accommodate two wheelchairs. Guide dogs are welcome on all
our coaches.
